Yes. A valid driver’s license is required for all golf cart rentals. Passengers do not need a license.
2. Are your golf carts street-legal in Naples?
Yes. All RIDES239 carts are street-legal NEVs, approved for use on Naples roads up to 35 mph.
3. Is there a security deposit?
No. We do not require a security deposit. You only pay for the days you rent.
4. How does delivery and pickup work?
We deliver your golf cart or e-bike directly to your vacation home and pick it up at the end of your rental. Fast, simple, and hassle-free.
5. How long does the battery last?
Our electric carts and e-bikes offer long-lasting battery performance, typically enough for a full day of normal use. Chargers are included with every rental.
6. What is the minimum rental period?
Our rentals require a minimum of 3 days, but longer rentals are available at discounted rates.
7. How many people can the golf carts seat?
We offer 4-seat golf cart models. All come with premium comfort seating.
8. What happens if it rains?
Our carts are weather-friendly and safe to use in light rain. If severe weather affects your rental, our team will assist with adjustments or solutions.
9. Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Yes. We offer flexible cancellation and modification policies. Check your confirmation email or contact us for details.
10. Where am I allowed to drive the cart?
You can drive on local streets up to 35 mph, throughout most areas of Naples. Especially Naples Park, Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, and nearby communities.
